Thank-you so much for your interest in the Ontario Young Adults Conference.  We are VERY sorry to have to share this news but it seems this year we were not able to get in enough registrations for the Ontario Young Adults Conference to cover the budget.  Unfortunately the result of that is that we have had to cancel this year’s conference.  We have mailed back the original registrations forms and the uncashed cheque and you will be recieving it by mail.

Next Year

We WILL be planning and holding the conference again next year and so we are thrilled to say that planning has already begun for next year.  The planned date is August 13 -15 , 2010 so mark your calendars!!  If you would be interested in helping us plan, prepare or advertise for next year’s conference please DO NOT hesitate  to let us know (no matter how much or how little time you can give) by e-mailing or calling us  905-549-8692 or info@oyac.ca .  

Do you have an idea for a topic?  Know of a speaker that you think is great and would like to see at the conference 2010?  Let us know by phone or e-mail, we can’t wait to hear “you 2 cents”!!

Discount

 As a thank-you to those who registered this year we are giving an extra $10 discount for next year, we have your name, so please just write on your registration next year, “Last years cancellation discount $10 (or some close proximity)” and deduct it from your registration amount.

We do sincerely apologize to those of you who took the time and the efforts to register, we are VERY sorry we are not able to give you the conference you were expecting but we do hope you have an especially blessed weekend on August 7-9, 2009 and a great summer!   See you next August!!
